Schedule Start Notification

Our on-call schedule rotates at midnight. I've been trying to create a notification rule for Schedule Start notifications that only notifies the person on-call on the previous day during business hours.

I have ticked "1 day" in the "Notify before schedule starts"

and "Restrict to Time Intervals"

where I have selected "Time of Day" and restricted this to our business hours.

I have checked the notification method is correct.

This does not work - we are not getting notified for schedule start. 

Any suggestions?

Thanks for reaching out to Atlassian Community!

May I ask you please specify why you would need to restrict it to time intervals?

Also, if you select the business hours and you want to get a notification 1 day before the schedule starts, then it will not match, since you mentioned that you do the rotations at midnight. 

In case you remove the option to restrict it to time intervals, then a notification will be triggered 1 day before the schedule starts.

Hi Egor,

Apologies for having missed your question. We want to restrict notifications to business hours so that the person on call does not receive schedule start notifications at (or around)  midnight.
