Rotation time intervals

I've created a rotation for my team, and set a time interval - Mon-Sat, 8am to 8pm.
However, Opsgenie is still sending alerts to my team members that are created outside of this time interval.????

Does this feature work?

Do I need to set the time interval individually per team member?

Hi @Marco Liporoni ,

If possible, it might make sense to share some screenshots of your on-call schedule / rotation, as well the configuration of your team's On-call tab.

Although you may have a rotation that is restricted to days / times, an alert will still flow through the team's On-call tab to notify users through routing rules + escalations.

If the idea is to not have users notified outside of those days / times, then you may want to configure a routing rule for the opposite hours of Mon-Sat, 8am to 8pm - and route these alerts to No-one:
