Rotation Override in OpsGenie

Hi all,

Our team is running a weekly oncall rotation with two shifts each day. so it looks like this.

Screen Shot 2023-04-13 at 4.32.11 PM.png

OpsGenie's override doesn't seem to support specifying daily segments. When two oncall engineers need to switch rotations with each other, they have to do click override 14 times.  Are we missing something? Is there an easier way to do this?

Thank you,

Hi @Zekai Huang ,

Currently, the only way to override multiple shifts is to select each one, as you mentioned, though you can multi-select by holding down cntrl/cmd:

We also have a feature request in place for this, which you can follow here:

Thank you, John.
