Hey everyone!
I'm trying to pull some metrics from OpsGenie on the amount of incidents we had in a given time period and how many pages were sent out to teams in the same time period.
I cannot find anything out of the box, notifications is useless as it tracks every single email OpsGenie sends out.
I'm just trying to build a dashboard that tracks incidents and pages in a given period.
Is this possible?
It's certainly possible, you can develop a gadget for the Jira dashboard (example) using Opsgenie API, and display the metrics you need.
If you're interested in a commercial solution, we provide an app called Dashboard Hub for Jira (available for Confluence too), which integrates with Opsgenie and provides gadgets like the Open Alerts or Last Incidents among others (more than 60 gadgets from 9 products like Statuspage, Insight, Opsgenie, Confluence, JSM...).
Hope this helps!
