Receiving the same message sent in the update stakeholders several times

Hello, when an incident has multiple services attached, stakeholders receive the same message multiple times, is it possible to control so that only one message is sent?

Hello @Ana Laura de Melo ,

This is Darryl. I am here to help.

Understand that the scenario is the same stakeholders subscribing to multiple Opsgenie Services will receive duplicated notifications when there is an Opsgenie Incident created impacting those Services.

Unfortunately, this is intended as Opsgenie ensures the Stakeholders will not miss any incidents that impact the Service they are listed.

Even though it's the same incident, it may contain different impacts on different services.

Hope that this is making sense.

Kind regards,
Darryl Lee
