Post phone number migration, how to access voice recordings?

We've just completed the migration of our phone number to our own Twilio account as per the new 'Know Your Customer' regulations, and the number is now active and the integration works.  However when I click on the link to the recorded message in OpsGenie I'm prompted for a Twilio login.  Previously when the number was provided by OpsGenie the link would just download the recording - despite both links being an identical format "https//api.twilio.com/accounts/etcetc"

I realise this might be more of a Twilio question but what stage have I missed - creating a connected app?  Adding API credentials?

Any advice gratefully received.

Hey Will,
Thanks for reaching out to Atlassian Community!

The login prompt for Twilio when accessing the recording link is likely because Opsgenie used to manage authentication for you. Now that you're using your own Twilio account, you'll need to add API credentials for proper access.

You could try:

  1. Adding your Twilio API credentials to Opsgenie’s integration settings.
  2. Setting up pre-authenticated URLs.

If you're unsure, contacting Twilio support might help clarify how to configure access without a login prompt.

Best Regards,
Egor

Thank you,

Found the HTTP Authentication settings in Twilio (eventually), all sorted now.
