We have the Jira issueKey coming in through the extra properties of an alert.
Is it possible to match on the issueKey in incident rules and create an incident based on that?
Right now if I try that I get a very weird error message:
"Property [field] cannot be empty"
Hello @Alper Cugun
Thank you for contacting the Atlassian community! this is Mubeen.
Apologies for the inconvenience caused, the error you are noticing while adding the extra properties (to the incident rule) is a known issue and is currently being investigated by our engineering team. You can follow the ticket ID OPSGENIE-1368 for more updates on the issue. Thank you for understanding.
I hope the information provided is helpful.
