I am following the instructions of

Integrate Opsgenie with Microsoft Teams V2

When I click on step 1 - Go to Opsgenie's Microsoft Teams Integration page.

I get the following:

How do I fix.

Hi @Darren lutchner ,

That error is most likely either a plan restriction, or role restriction.

That doc's link redirects to the global Integration List tab - specifically to a MS Teams integration. Free and Essentials plans do not have access to this tab, while Standard and Enterprise plans do. So the integration will need to be added under a team's Integrations tab.

Similarly, account Users by default do not have access to the tab either. Same resolution as above though - the integration will need to be added under a team's Integrations tab that you are a member of. If you do not see an Add Integration button there, then your role is restricted.

Hope this helps! Let us know if you have any additional questions, issues, etc.
