Hey @John M  could you clarify on the highlighted portion in below screenshot - will Ops genie be permanently shutoff by June'24? We also have a few more queries on the migration from Opsgenie to JSM

Current plan details

  1. OpsGenie: Standard plan - 300 licenses
  2. JSM : Standard plan - 50 licenses

Queries
a.Are there any changes to pricing/plan when Atlassian is migrating Opsgenie to Jira Service Management ? (We have 50 jira service management standard licenses, but 300 opsgenie standard licenses)
b. Will opsgenie users be able to access jira service without purchasing additional Jira service management license ?
c. We are currently on standard plan on both JSM and Opsgenie - post migration will we be on JSM standard plan ? Will all Standard features on Opsgenie be available on standard plan of JSM ? if not how will Atlassian support us in this ?
c. Any possible extension in the timeline for migration is possible ?

Hi @Anoop VK ,

This change is only for JSM-subordinate Opsgenie accounts, so if you have a Standard Opsgenie plan with 300 licenses, that will not change.

All JSM instances come with a subordinate Opsgenie instance and the licenses are shared between the two. This change is to integration the JSM-subordinate Opsgenie directly into the JSM UI so there are no changes with licensing.

If you want to get details on your specific accounts, please open a ticket with us so we can share more information with you.
