Opsgenie is not able to autoclose when issue resolved

Hi Team, 

I have configured a few alerts from AWS cloud watch alarms through AWS SNS to Atlassian opsgenie. 

 

When the AWS cloud watch alarm triggers, getting opsgenie incident is created but it is

now allowing auto close.

 

Could you please help me how to auto-resolve.
