Opsgenie cut off based alerts available?

Hi,

For Opsgenie, do you know how to implement cut off based alerts? (e.g. functionality that sends you reminders nearing a cutoff date for the change)

Hi @brandon sim ,

There is no countdown feature in Opsgenie that will look at specified dates, you can only delay notifications based on static time delays via escalations, team-based policies, and notification rules. 

Depending on the integration you are using, you may be able to trigger the initial alert creation based on a cutoff date from the source application. For example, Jira has features related to due dates that can be used to with automation to trigger an alert being sent to Opsgenie.
