Opsgenie creating zendesk tickets but no listing of the ticket ID

I have setup the OpsGenie to Zendesk Integration.

OpsGenie is creating tickets to Zendesk and all the triggers in Zendesk seem to work with the correct alerts in OpsGenie.

When looking at the Zendesk Ticket, I don't see the OpsGenie alert ID.  Also, when looking at the OpsGenie alert, I don't see the Zendesk Ticket ID.  Is there anyway to get OpsGenie to record in the alert the Zendesk Ticket ID that it creates?  Maybe it does and this is only viewable in the alert JSON? (ala https://docs.opsgenie.com/docs/alert-api#get-alert)?

At any rate, would love to be able to find the OpsGenie Alert ID in the Zendesk ticket and the Zendesk Ticket ID in the OpsGenie Alert.  If anyone knows how to find that data it would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!
Seems that RFE only has the Opsgenie posting the alert info into ZD. Is there anyway to see the reverse today? I would also link to see the zendesk ticket ID in the OpsGenie alert, when OpsGenie creates the ZD ticket. Currently I don't have ZD tickets creating OpsGenie alerts.

Hi @Jeff Aronow ,

Happy to help!

At this time, having the corresponding Opsgenie link in the Zendesk ticket it creates isn't possible, though we have a Feature Request here https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/OPSGENIE-608 for it. I would recommend voting on it, and adding yourself as a Watcher; this will ensure that you receive updates from Engineering should it be implemented.

Please let me know if you have any follow up questions!
