Do you know if it is possible to link a different Jira SM outside the organization to our Opsgenie?
Use case: be able to we manage two Jira instances, one is ours the other one is from outside the organization.
We have Opsgenie in place, but we need to be able to create from/to our Opsgenie Incidents and Alerts in the remote instance.
Based on the documentation there is nothing about how 2 Jira Cloud instances could be linked to Opsgenie.
I was thinking about to use for that an API integration instead by setting up a webhook in Jira SM to send info to Opsgenie.
Any idea how it could be done?
