Opsgenie and favicon and look and feel

Hi all,

Does anyone know how to (or if there is an improvement request in Atlassian) change the look and feel for opsgenie?   Since it is a unique website that is tied to the other Atlassian products it would be nice to have a consistent look across Confluence, Jira, JSM, OpsGenie, and all the Atlassian products.  In particular I usually have several Atlassian instances up at the same time and it is really nice to be able to tell which is which from the favicon...

We do have a different favicon for each Atlassian product.



Are you referring to the favicons of opsgenie to reflect the account details if you have multiple Opsgenie instances in different Atlassian accounts?

Would you like favicons to indicate the Opsgenie instance name on hover? 

At the moment we can see the opsgenie instance name reflecting on hover.

Right it has a unique favicon, as does Jira and Confluence.     

However, each of those tools has an admin section called "look and feel" whereby you can customize you favicon, header, and sidebar. 

Where as OpsGenie does not :-(   Neither does Bitbucket from what I can tell.

I just want to know if there is a way to customize my favicon and header.

Unfortunately, as per the current product architecture, it is not possible to customize the favicon in OPsgenie. However, I will pass this suggestion to the product team.
