I'm trying to upgrade my subscription from free tier to Essentials. However after I "Select Essentials", I get the error "The card is not allowed to be used in payment process. Please contact to Opsgenie Support". I've triple checked the credit card details and they are all correct. What's even more odd is that the payment went through to the credit card.
I've confirmed the account is still on free tier
The issue was due to this being the first payment on opsgenie , the credit card was flagged.
This needed to be whitelisted by the opsgenie support team
