Opsgenie - JSM Cloud outgoing integration rule fails due 403 missing permissions

Hi everyone,

I am trying to figure out why I cannot create issues in JSM Cloud from Opsgenie by using the JSM Cloud integration. Incoming integration rules are successful (creating alerts from JSM tickets), but outgoing rules are not.

I get a 403 response "You do not have permission to create issues in this project" and I am wondering which user permissions are missing. Does Opsgenie have a built-in user in Jira Cloud that needs permission in the project? So far, I could not find anything related to Opsgenie in JSM users/permissions.

Has anyone faced the same issue? Which user needs to have the right permissions to use this integration properly?

Many thanks in advance!

I found the issue after I made some tests in sandbox.

These tickets are created by "opsgenie-jira-adapter@connect.atlassian.com" user and in my organization, it was not that easy to find this user. Once it got the necessary product + product permissions, it worked.
