Opsgenie Incident

Hello,

For these features in Incident:

  1. Automatically create an incident with incident rules
  2. Create an incident template
  3. Associate an alert with an incident

Does need all users to be in the Enterprise plan or we can make one of the users on the Enterprise and the others in the Essential plan?

Hi @Zaid Darras ,

Opsgenie plans cannot be split - so you cannot have some users on the Essentials plan, and others on the Enterprise plan. The plan will apply to all users in your account / subscription.

Incident rule features are only available on Enterprise plan as well. So you'd want to subscribe to this plan if incident rules were needed.
