OpsGenie does not accept Argentina mobile numbers for verification

Hello! I'm trying to setup SMS notifs on OpsGenie.

I could verify my Austrian A1 number without issues, but my Movistar Argentina mobile throws an error, despite the line being valid:

I manage to add the number for the voice feature, but I never receive the verification call.

Any ideas why? I tried all possible formatting options (I work for a phone company) so I get the feeling my phone number is ok, the problem is OpsGenie.

Hmm, odd. I tested with another mobile number and it worked just fine. Both are from the same provider. 🤔

After several attempts, it worked! Don't really know if there was a glitch or what.

Test with yet another phone number, same provider. It worked.

What the heck? My mobile number works fine and I can receive verification messages from Meraki, Ms Teams, etc. Why is Atlassian not liking my number? 🧐🧐🧐
