OpsGenie Logs Location?

Edited

Hello,

I'm not receiving test notifications from New Relic into OpsGenie

Is there a log I can look at within OpsGenie? I am an admin of the Team but when I check under settings I can see no mention of logs.

Is there anywhere else I can see them?

Or do I need to be an Atlassian admin?

EDIT: I needed higher privileges to see them and now I can

Thanks

Hello @Paul Donnelly
Thank you for contacting the Atlassian community!

As you have correctly mentioned in the ticket edit you are required with Opsgenie account admin/Owner privileges to view the Debug logs from Settings > Logs. You can further understand user roles and permissions by following the document.

I hope the information provided is helpful.
