OpsGenie Alarm Sound

If I'm on call, I want to make sure I get woken up when someone pages, even if it's off hours or my phone is on silent.

With Pagerduty, I can get a loud, obnoxious alarm sound from the app even if my phone is on silent. Is there something similar for OpsGenie? So far all I can get are a single notification beep, which is not enough.

Yes, this is possible, I currently have that setup.  You should also be able to set distinct sounds per priority if you like.  This is on Android.  These docs are somewhat dated, but they should still work: https://docs.opsgenie.com/v1.0/docs/android-app-enabling-disabling-notification-overwrite-volumes
