Can we use one single instance of Opsgenie with multiple distinct JSM accounts (One to many relation of Opsgenie with JSM)? Is this possible? If yes, how will this be achieved?

Yes, you can create multiple JSM integrations in your JSM instance by using the JSM legacy integration variant when creating the integration in Opsgenie.
Please refer to this help document for steps on how to create this integration.
When enabling the legacy connection for this integration in your Opsgenie, you would need to enter your Site URL, Service project, Issue type and authentication details as in the below example screenshot:
