We are currently running a pilot to use on call reports for the business.

I simply want to know how to use these filters to determine the days and hours I need.

For example:

If I want an overview from the last month, I know that I can set it to August but if I want to filter on the entire week (Monday to Sunday) and include 24 hours per day. How do I set that into the filter for the days and hours?

Hi Howard,

Thanks for reaching out to the Opsgenie team.
As I understand, you wish to query the on-call times per user for all 7 days of the week using the Opsgenie analytics section.

You should be able to get this information by setting the filter Business day to 1-7 and the business hour to 0-24.
View global on-call times per user: https://support.atlassian.com/opsgenie/docs/view-global-on-call-times-per-user/

Hope this helps!

Regards,
Ashish
