We are using JSM Standard version, with that we are trying to use Opsgenie, but we are seeing limited functionalities only. what version of Opsgenie comes with JSM standard by default.

If you have JSM standard, you will have Opsgenie Standard. It all depends on your plan for JSM. It's merged.

Ok Thanks for your reply. But myself not able to see Advanced Settings & Some of the integration are not available. Let me raise support case with Atlassian.

That is because you have Opsgenie Standard. Also, some integrations (Incoming Call Routing for example) is only available in Opsgenie Standalone.

JSM Standard plan has the features of Opsgenie Essentials plan, not standard.
So Global and advanced integrations are not available on JSMStandard Opsgenie accounts, as well as several other features
