OEC/OpsGenie public issue tracker

This OEC GitHub issue oec #52  was resolved saying a public issues tracker in Jira was available, but I can't find it anywhere. Since the code hasn't been updated in years I was hoping to find out the current status of the project. They say it's not dead, but it sure seems that way.

Does anyone have a link or could tell me how to find it?
