Have set up Incident Alert notifications. When a new Major Incident is created in OpsGenie, the SMS and email Alerts are working fine, but the Voice Alerts are not working.
I've checked Audit Log and get the following;
29-Jun09:56notification Mark Harding
Rule[New Alert][Create][Immediate Step] -> An aggregated [voice] notification will be sent to [44-xxxxxxxxxx] soon
(obviously, I have anonymised my telephone number)
It states "soon", but the voice notification is never received. I have tried mobile numbers and land lines, but with no success.
Any help gratefully received,..
I don't think this is the issue as it logs an attempted voice call, but are your on JSM Premium/Opsgenie Standard?
JSM standard does not support voice calls.
