Not able to sent email using email template

Hi Team, I have created email template "settings/email-templates" and assign that email template to "incident rule" in "email notification template" property.

When we create incident and assigned to team where incident rule is configure. after creating incident email not received.

In the Incident rule, have you created an Extra property called email notification template and configured it's value as "test email template" in the extra property?

Its not extra property. Its predefined in incident template and rule
