Ncentral user acknowledgement in OpsGenie

Since the OEC is tied to a user in windows when an alert is ack'd it comes through as the user you have setup in the config. I am not a developer but I would like to have the python script send the actual user to the ncentral server in a note. All my on-call users have to login with their M365 account so when they ack in Opsgenie is reports as them. It appears the note portion does not really work either, and if it came through there that wourl work as well. I checked with support but they said that is up to us as an end user.

Has anyone done this or found a work around for this?

Wow I just read that, and it may be confusing. I am looking to pass the opsgenie (logged in user) ack to ncentral in a note so it records the actual user vs the generic OEC user. Support says the python script needs to be altered and I don't know how to do this.
