I successfully integrated opsgenie with MS Teams and it works great, the problem I have is that when we ran through the original configuration we selected the incorrect channel for the integration.
I'd like to move the bot from it's current channel to a different channel under the same MS Teams Group.
Thanks in advance,
Ryan
@Ryan Speed if you use Advanced Microsoft Teams Jira Connector you can simply change your rule destination in Jira (using web interface).
Hi @Ryan Speed !
There isn't a way to change which channel the bot is associated with once it's created. You can just delete the integration and re-create it by going through the process of adding the bot again and selecting the correct team/channel.
Hope that helps!
Thanks,
Samir
