On the Opsgenie documentation under "Escilations" they have a video that shows lots of good rule options, however the one I need "Notify next user (in rotation)" is not available with a bunch of other useful ones.

Hi @Chris Thomas ,

That's due to your current plan, and a restriction to the escalation rules: https://docs.opsgenie.com/docs/escalations

Under the Free and Essentials Plans, Escalation options do not include:

  • Notify Group,
  • Notify next user in schedule,
  • Notify previous user in schedule,
  • Notify random member of team and
  • Repeat options.

You'd need to upgrade planes to either Standard or Enterprise Plan to use these Escalation options.
