Hello everyone - we've recently begun deploying OpsGenie throughout our organization, and one feature that we're looking to implement is the ability to notify external users who are impacted by a particular issue.
It looks like this functionality existed largely in the "Mass Notification" feature, which appears to have been deprecated for new customers starting Dec 2018. Is there been a viable replacement in OpsGenie? Or has anyone found a good way to manage this type of functionality in a different system that plays nice with OpsGenie? Thanks!
Hi @Edward Schmidt - the intended alternative for mass notifications is to leverage our incident management feature in Opsgenie. Incident Management is available on our enterprise plan, and with this plan you can add unlimited stakeholders to your account. Stakeholders have the ability to receive notifications about incidents that occur on services that they are subscribed to. This can be used in place of mass notifications. So if you have a major issue or outage occurring, you can have an incident created in Opsgenie on the respective service, which will then send out notifications to all stakeholders involved in that service. More information can be found in our incident documentation. Below are some useful links:

Great, we'll take a look. Thanks @Samir!
