Hello!
I'm currently trying to integrate logz io and opsgenie to work together. Followed your instructions here https://support.atlassian.com/opsgenie/docs/integrate-opsgenie-with-logzio/ . When testing if the endpoint works I get this error : Message from Opsgenie endpoint: Endpoint testing failed due to 'status code: 401, reason phrase: {"message":"Could not authenticate","took":0.001,"requestId":"5xxxx-cxxxx-4xxx-9xxx-be0c3fc5f7d8"}' (error-code 401). What could be causing this issue?
Hi @Oskari Järvinen ,
This is an authentication error. Could you share if your Opsgenie account is in EU domain? When you login to Opsgenie, is the url https://app.opsgenie.com or https://app.eu.opsgenie.com ?
If it is EU, you will need to change to create a custom notification endpoint in Logz.io with endpoint = https://api.eu.opsgenie.com/v1/json/logzio?apiKey=your-integration-key
your-integration-key is the apiKey from your logz.io integration in Opsgenie
e.g.
Thanks,
Samir
