Hi everybody,
I've administrator and service desk team privilliged. I'd like to ask you I want to integrate our Jira Cloud environment with our Server Density service for OpsGenie Alert System.
So alerts will be on Opsgenie page and it should be integrated with Server Densiity. However, SD and Opsgeniue websites provide information how can I do but it's not happening because I cannot add team on OpsGenie section.
https://support.atlassian.com/opsgenie/docs/integrate-opsgenie-with-server-density/
For this explanation: I can go Teams Sections on OpsGenie but it gives this error
'
It looks like you’ve not joined a team yet. When your account admin adds you to a team, we’ll list them here.'
Note: I tried to give permission service desk team etc not working.
In respect of Serverdensity documentation:
There is a link to add ServerDensity Integration within one click, After I logged via this link, it does not show anything at settings

Hi @Kemal G ,
It might be an issue with your role and what permissions you do/not have throughout the account. Your screenshot leads me to believe you are an account User based on the tabs I'm seeing in the Settings section.
If you click into the Teams tab, and 1) do not see any teams listed, or 2) do not see an Add team button - then you have to be added into a team by someone who has permission (whether that is an account Owner or Admin, or a team admin).

Hi @Kemal G ,
The role you shared is for your Atlassian site - which doesn't always transfer from site role >> Opsgenie role.
You can manage users in your Atlassian site, and which user(s) have product access to Opsgenie through the opsgenie-users group:
But Opsgenie role management realistically should be managed in Opsgenie vs. the Atlassian site. Groups at this time cannot control Opsgenie roles.
So you may need to connect with an Opsgenie Admin or Owner to change your role / be added into a team.
