Hi community, currently we have a cloud JSM instance and just activated opsgenie but i'm unsure about if each JSM agent can have a responder role and if it is included in price?

Yes, if you merged your Opsgenie with your JSM, your JSM licenses should grant your users access to Opsgenie. If so, your JSM users should be able to act as responders on your Opsgenie alerts. They would need to log in to Opsgenie and set up their own notification preferences before they get alerted.
Hopefully this clears things up but feel free to open a ticket with Atlassian Support for any issues.
Thanks by your answer Jonas. In order to solve an extra doubt, our JSM license is a Standard license, given this our OpsGenie will be same license level? (I'm not sure about licence equivalence).
