Hi, I'm trying to figure out if we can have the 'reporter' field from JSM flow to OpsGenie?
The use case is that when a person submits a ticket in JSM's portal/ desk, that user is recorded as the "reporter".
With OpsGenie's - JSM integration, then an alert is created in OpsGenie.
Within that alert, I'm not seeing or able to validate that I can get the "reporters" name to appear in the OpsGenie Alert.
Without the reporters name in the alert, the engineers have to traverse back to the JSM ticket to retrieve that information.

This is certainly possible with the dynamic field {{reporter_display_name}}
You can add this to different alert fields within the JSM integration:
And this will parse the user's display name into the alert:
