Hello all, I am experiencing issue with connecting our OpsGenie with client's Jira. In our OpsGenie, under Team dashboard > Integrations I go to add client's project to which I have access, but I cannot see the project in the drop-down list. I have checked both Jira Software and Jira Service Management, but the project cannot be found. Any help would be greatly appreciated !

When creating the integration in Opsgenie, are you selecting the "Cloud" option in the "Integration variant" dropdown?
If so, that will only work if both the Jira and Opsgenie products are under the same Atlassian Cloud site. If you need to set this up with the products being on separate sites, I would recommend using the Legacy Webhook-based integrations:
Integrate Opsgenie with Jira Service Management
