Is it possible to embed dynamic external content in stakeholder notification email templates?

By dynamic content, I mean generated graphs/images from external sources. We'd like to add graphs of metrics related to specific error rates/issues to provide additional context to stakeholders in an alert.

 

So far, we can't find any way to do this using the dynamic fields in email templates, but it's also not completely to us if this is even a thing that is supported.

Understand that you would like to know if it's possible to imbed graphs/images to the Email notifications for Incident Stakeholders.

Background Context

The Email to Stakeholders is parsing from the associated Opsgenie Incident. Unfortunately, in the current design, Opsgenie Incident doesn't allow to have attachments or images, so it's not possible for including these into the Email notifications for Stakeholders.

Feature Request

However, we understand the importance of this feature and the friction this brought, I have created a feature request, OPSGENIE-738, please vote it and set yourself as a Watcher to receive the latest updates.

Please note that our Product team reviews all Feature Request (FR) together and they prioritize those with higher demand to be implemented first and any FR will take months until is ready since it needs to go through Design, Development, Testing, and rolling out to Production.
