I need to create a Case in Dynamics 365 when an alert created in Opsgenie.
I am not able to find any API for this trigger.
If anyone knows how I can achieve this, please let me know. It would be a great help to us!!

Opsgenie does not have a prebuilt integration with Dynamics 365 at this time. I'll enter a feature request though.
We'll see most customers integrating their third party systems with Opsgenie through either an API or Email integration:
But if your use case is to have Opsgenie alerts create tickets in Dynamics 365, you could try leveraging our Webhook integration for outbound requests:
