Integrating Opsgenie with Slack

Is there any way we get customizable alert notification on slack.

For instance, if there is alert and 4hrs are passed for that, then through integration we get a message on slack channel #abcde tagging the person to whom the alert is assigned

something like this in #abcde  "@XYZ please check OG alert tinyID: 1234"

Hi Mahdi,

As discussed in our chat, currently this functionality does not exist within our Slack integration. However, we did discuss the option of using Zapier to build more robust workflows and notifications between Opsgenie and Slack. We do also currently have a feature enhancement that has been submitted for your request, which I have added your organization as one of the requesting parties.

Yes we do discussed this and I've tried Zapier. I posted this earlier when we discussing hoping that someone might have done it through APIs or any simpler way. Thanks for reaching out again and looking forward to that feature enhancement.
