Dear all,
I have seen in a general broadcast of opsgenie that when an incident is created, the demo was showing an autoamtic chanel creation #incident_id in which is refer in an incident field in order to jump directly to slack chanel.
How this incident id slack chanel is created and how to test it?
regards
Hi @serge calderara ,
You'd have to connect your Slack workspace with Opsgenie to use it for incident management, and spin up channels through an incident: https://support.atlassian.com/opsgenie/docs/connect-slack-app-for-incident-management/
Once Slack is sync'd, you can create Slack rooms within the incident here:
Hi @serge calderara ,
This would be using our Slack App for Incident Management. You would need to be on the jsmPremium plan if you're using JSM. If you're on a standalone Opsgenie plan, you would need to be on the Standard or Enterprise plan.
Thanks,
Samir
