I'm having trouble with converting targets to webhooks.
In OpsGenie, I've successfully created an integration for a OpsGenie Configuration.
I use the [Create Trigger] feature. It successfully creates 3 triggers in Zendesk(OpsGenie Add Note, OpsGenie Create Alert, OpsGenie Close Alert).
I can get the triggers or a trigger to fire in Zendesk(OpsGenie Create Alert).
In OpsGenie, the logs show the Received incoming request.
But then there is a warning, "Discarded incomingData, Reason: Missing/Incorrect ticket parameter; Discarding!".
This is troubling because the Triggers in Zendesk and its parameters were automatically created using the OpsGenie [Create Trigger] feature.

I've reviewed various resources, but I haven't found or implemented a definitive solution.  Ultimately, we are just trying get a Zendesk ticket to create an alert in OpsGenie again.

Hi @Richard Bruins ,

This is Shashwat from Opsgenie support and here to help!

I noticed this issue was also raised with us via this ticket - OGSP-138251

As my colleague suggested, please proceed with adding the ticket parameter to your Zendesk trigger instructions configuration.

Once updated, you should see the "Processed incoming data" entry after the "Received incoming request" without the discarded error as Opsgenie looks for the ticket parameter in the incoming payload to process the action filters for the Zendesk integration.

Best,
Shashwat
