I am unable to add new user in a Opsgenie. While adding new user I am getting Your account has reached the limit for number of responders.

This error message is shown when your license seats for the Opsgenie account have been consumed with the current active user accounts in your instance.
To add more users please navigate to Settings > Subscription > Update plan > Update the user count to increase by how many users you're looking to add > Confirm
Once this is done, you should see the updated user count for your subscription and will be able to add more users without seeing this error.
