How to send sms to specific number based on specific incident ? is that possible?

Hi

I woul like to make Opsgenie send sms based on specific incident. for example when the URL:example.com is down 

 

Is that possibel?

This is is possible, but with some limitations.  Opsgenie can only send alerts to users.  I see two different approaches to this.

1. A user can have two different SMS numbers define.  They can then set up a notification rule that would send "apple" alerts to one number and "banana" alerts to other.

2. A team could send alerts to different users (who have different numbers) based off the contents of the alerts.  You would set up a routing rule on if its "apples" or "bananas".  Then, you would have an apples-escalation policy that sends alerts to one user, and banana-escalation policy that sends to the other.
