When we receive a call from Opsgenie, an automated voice says you have to press a key, to accept the call.
Is there a way to turn off this, so that you don't have to do this key press to accept the call?

It's not currently possible to turn this off; press any key to accept the Opsgenie call. But we do have an open feature request for this that I've added you to.
That ticket for reference is OGS-758; Change Incoming Call call accepting method. Since our tickets are not public, we'll reach out directly if/when there are any updates.
