Within OpsGenie, how I can print my on call weeks for the entire calendar year?

Welcome to the Atlassian Community.
Unfortunately, Opsgenie view allows you to see the calendar by Week, 2 Weeks and Month.

You are not able to see it on an year-based.

To do so, you can check the monthly view and print it for every month or you can create a custom script that would retrieve the on-call schedule for the entire year from Opsgenie API and then built your own visualization.
