Hi Team,

Is it possible to fetch the alerts in Opsgenie , if yes how?

If not, is there any feature request for this.

TIA!

Hi @Ruchi - Can you please elaborate a bit more on "What kind of alerts are you expecting in OpsGenie". There are many integrations available in OpsGenie which is now part of JSM so if you can provide with some more information, it will help the community members to reply accordingly.

Thanks,

-Bharat

Hey @Bharat Kalia  Thanks for quick response.

Could you please let me know what all alerts we have in OPSGenie?

So at my end, under https://<xyz>app.opsgenie.com/alert/list , I see All, Open, Closed etc alerts so if I know to fetch any of this , I can then work around it.

Hope my query is clear now, please let me know if any further details required.

Hi @Ruchi - It seems like you want to list all the results and here is the documentation on how it can be done - https://docs.opsgenie.com/docs/alert-api#list-alerts

The alerts that you get in Opsgenie depends on what kind of integrations do you have so I don't think I can comment much on that example - heartbeats

Please let me know if this helped.

Thanks,

-Bharat
