How can i download a report from where I can determinate with ease which agent worked how many hours and when as long as i created a team schedule with 3x agents for e.g.
Right Now I am using Jira Service Management (Standard) and trying to configure the On-Call feature but could not wrap my head around how to get the report i am interested in.
Any feedback is appreciated.

The Team On Call Time Analytics report can filter by team schedule, and be exported - but this is considered an Advanced Report, and these are not included on the JSM Standard plan.
These reports are only included with the standalone Opsgenie Standard and Enterprise plans, as well the JSM/O Premium and Enterprise plans:
