How to deduplicate alerts coming from azure to Opsgenie

I can deduplicate the alerts coming from jira to Opsgenie but unable to find alias field while integrating the azure service to Opsgenie.So how can I use the deduplication feature to the azure alerts.

Hi @Sushmitha S ,

As you mentioned, deduplication is dependent on the alias field. Under the integration's Advanced tab is where you can configure what data / field(s) parse in the alias field:

Note - the Advanced tab is only available on the Standard and Enterprise plans (or the JSM/O Premium and Enterprise plans) - so if you do not see this tab, it's most likely a limitation with your plan.
