How to deduplicate alerts coming from azure to Opsgenie

As you mentioned, deduplication is dependent on the alias field. Under the integration's Advanced tab is where you can configure what data / field(s) parse in the alias field:
Note - the Advanced tab is only available on the Standard and Enterprise plans (or the JSM/O Premium and Enterprise plans) - so if you do not see this tab, it's most likely a limitation with your plan.
