How to create custom rosters in Opsgenie

I would like to create a custom roster that does not follow a set rotation.

  • To edit the roster
    • You could change from hour, day, week blocks
    • Select the user and click the blocks they would be on call for
  • Would be nice to have a users calendar where Sick Leave, Annual Leave etc could be added so it is visible in the roster and notify that an override needs to be made.

I tried to create a feature request but the 'Opsgenie' Project does not show in the list

Hi @Joshua Horton

One option that may be helpful to you, is the "no-one" override, which will allow you to override any user that may be out for sick leave, vacation, etc. and the final calendar will show that the shift is not being covered (will show up as 'no-one' in the calendar), and needs to be overridden with an actual user.
