We have integrated our on premise SCOM monitoring with OpsGenie cloud so that the SCOM alert will create an OpsGenie alert, which will then create and incident ticket in Jira Service Management. Our support team will then work/close the ticket in JSM, which will then close the ticket in OpsGenie. How do I make the call back to the on-premise SCOM server to close the corresponding SCOM alert?
Hi @WB ,
You can use Opsgenie's OEC integration to send actions from Opsgenie to any third-party on-prem applications. First, install the OEC integration in Opsgenie, then follow the installation instructions to install OEC on your server.

Installation:

Thanks, John. Completed all of the above, any link to documentation/example on how to create actions in OG > OEC > SCOM?
