How to access reporting module?

I am trying to run report/metrics on MTTR, and the documentation indicates there are DevOps reports available - sounds like exactly what I need.

BUT, though I am have admin rights, there is no option for any related reports.

Is this an additional [reporting] module one needs to buy, or, how can I move forward to pull these metrics?

Opsgenie's DevOps reports, including MTTR metrics, are part of the Enterprise plan. If you're on a lower-tier plan, you won't see these reports by default.

To move forward, you can:

1. Upgrade to the Enterprise plan to access DevOps reports.
2. Check if your organization already has an Enterprise plan and confirm that you're assigned the necessary permissions to view these reports.

If you're already on the Enterprise plan and still can't see the reports, it might be worth double-checking your permissions or reaching out to your Org Admin for clarification.
